Hi, my name is Amaya and I love baking even though I am allergic to dairy. I am 10 years old and have been baking since I was about 7. Baking is great fun and everyone can do it.

Believe it or not this is the 1st time I have looked at a 'blog'. Never understood what they were all about. What a great idea of yours to put your cake recipes on line. I wish you every success with it. Hope I can try one of your cakes next time I come up.
