Cake pops!!

Today i made some cake pops for new years eve! They are pretty easy, you just need the right equipment.









Ingredients 
6oz plain flour6oz sugar3 eggs
6oz butter
1 tsp vanilla essence 
 2 bars chocolate
sprinkles

Equipment 
a cake pop tin(buy at all good retailers or baking shops)
a hand whisker
tablespoon
cake pop sticks


method
  1. first put the  butter, flour, sugar and eggs into the bowl and mix with the whisk.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and then take a tablespoon at atime and place the mixture in one half of the tin and then place in the oven at 180’c for 25 minutes.
  3. Once they have cooled melt 1 bar of chocolate and then dunk the sticks one by one in to the chocolate, then insert in the cake pops.
  4. Then you have to leave them in the fridge for 15 mins.
  5. Next melt the other bar of chocolate and smother the cake pops in chocolate.after you have done that add the sprinkles and put in the fridge.
  6. Once they are solid you can enjoy!!
